Cancellation Policy
Esti.Alice requires a non refundable deposit. The deposit will go towards the overall price of your service. A new deposit will be required if: •No call / no show •Rescheduling occurs more than once •If you do not give a 48hr notice of cancellation or rescheduling Esti.Alice also has a 50% cancellation / no show fee. If you are unable to make the appointment please notify Alicia 48hrs before your scheduled appointment in order to reschedule. If you fail to contact Alicia within the required timeframe and or you no show you will be charged. (Cancellations are allowed 1 time per appointment) You can contact Alicia at 210-386-5372 or instagram Dm @esti.alice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Esti.Alice has a 10 minute grace period in the event that you are more than 10 minutes late and have not contacted Esti.Alice I will cancel your appointment and reschedule requiring a new nonrefundable deposit. Being late pushes back other client appointments. Please be considerate and on time. More Info: • You are more than welcome to bring 1 guest no children under the age of 5. • If you are feeling sick please DO NOT show up to your appointment - call / text / dm me so we can get you rescheduled.
